"Today's Carnival" is a far superior version of the Carnival we once knew. This new take on Carnival has helped Carnival launch itself as a leader in the cruise industry. Carnival has gone and undertaken many upgrades to refine their commitment to all aspects of the "Fun Ship" cruise experience.
Over the past few years many new features have been added to the Carnival fleet in order to create a more upscale feel and ambiance on the ships. From the dining choices, to the new bedding, to the children's programs; Carnival has revamped their image to satisfy all levels of clients' needs and desires.

Some of the new features you will experience on "Today's Carnival" will be:
New Dining Options -
Carnival's Total Choice Dining has become one of the most enhanced services in the cruise industry. From sushi bars to pizzerias to the upscale supper clubs; Carnival has made their Total Choice Dining cruising's most comprehensive dining program. Dinner service has now been expanded to have four-seating times; 5:45pm, 6:15pm, 8pm, and 8:30pm in order to make all guests have a more flexible main-dining option. Earlier this year Carnival also made an exclusive alliance with French Master Chef Georges Blanc. Georges Blanc and his staff will create one-of-a-kind signature selections for all the dining rooms and restaurants onboard all Carnival ships. He and his staff will also train Carnival's chefs and staff to follow his award winning service and culinary features.
Guest options will be further expanded this coming year as the new Carnival Freedom enters service. As of today here is what guests can expect on almost every Carnival ship:

Carnival Splendor - Debuting for Carnival June 2008 - At 113,000 tons and carrying over 3,000 passengers, it will be Carnival's largest ship in the fleet. The Splendor will sail an all new 12-day Northern and Western European itinerary departing out of London starting in July and running till September. After that, the Splendor will sail to the Mediterranean before returning to the U.S. to begin its 7-day voyages out of Ft. Lauderdale to the Eastern Caribbean. In 2009, the Splendor will sail 3 special South American voyages before settling in to Long Beach, California where it will sail 7-day Mexician Riviera round-trip cruises. |

Carnival Freedom - Carnival's Newest Ship - At 110,000 tons it carries 2,974 passengers and enters service in 2007. The Freedom sails 12-day Mediterranean voyages from Rome, Italy from March - October. Beginning November 2007, the Freedom begins 7-day alternating Eastern and Western Caribbean voyages from Miami, Florida. In November 2008, the Freedom will move to Fort Lauderdale to sail alternating 6- and 8-day Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises.

| Carnival Liberty - At 110,000 tons it carries 2,974 passengers and entered service in 2005. The Liberty sails year-round alternating 6- and 8-day Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Beginning in November 2008 the Liberty will move to Miami to sail 7-day alternating Eastern and Western Caribbean sailings. |

Carnival Miracle - At 88,500 tons it carries 2,124 passengers and entered service in 2004. The Miracle sails 8-day Exotic Southern and Western Caribbean voyages out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Beginning Summer 2007 the Miracle will sail out of New York seasonally, doing 8-day Eastern Caribbean sailings.

Carnival Spirit - At 88,500 tons it carries 2,124 passengers and entered service in 2001. The Spirit sails 8-day Mexican Riviera cruises from San Diego, California. During May - September - the Spirit sails 7-day Alaska cruises every Wednesday doing either a northbound voyage from Vancouver, British Columbia or a southbound voyage from Whittier/Anchorage, Alaska. The Spirit will also sail select 12-day Hawaii sailings during the months of April and October.

Carnival Victory - At 102,000 tons it carries 2,758 passengers and entered service in 2000. The Victory sails 7-day alternating Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises every Sunday from Miami, Florida. Beginning in the summer of 2007, the Victory will sail seasonally 4-, 5- and 7-day Canada/New England cruises departing Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays from New York, New York. In November 2008, the Victory will move to San Juan, Puerto Rico where it will replace the Destiny and begin sailing 7-day round-trip Southern Caribbean voyages. |

| Carnival Destiny - At 101,353 tons it carries 2,642 passengers and entered service in 1996. The Destiny sails year-round 7-day Southern Caribbean cruises every Sunday from San Juan, Puerto Rico until September 2008 when the Destiny will be redeployed to Miami, Florida. |

Fascination - At 70,367 tons it carries 2,052 passengers and entered service in 1994. The Fascination sails year-round 3-day Bahamas and 4-day Western Caribbean voyages from Miami, Florida. In September 2008 the Fascination will replace the Celebration out of Jacksonville, Florida where it will sail 4- and 5-day Bahamas/Key West cruises. |
